At Root + River Wellness, I use a combination of healing therapies that engage your bodies own healing capabilities. I utilize mind-body systems like BodyTalk, the Lebowitz protocol of Applied Kinesiology and Traditional Chinese Medicine for a whole person approach that does not separate the mind, body & spirit. By taking this approach, we can get to the root of your symptoms, and begin to restore breakdowns that contribute to dis-ease.

Step 1: Initial Healing Session

The first step is to schedule an appointment (in person, remotely, or virtually). During this time, we will discuss your current state of wellbeing, full health history, and wellness goals. Then we will begin your priority based healing session. This includes all the tools in my years of study & practice combined to address your unique situation; The BodyTalk System of Healthcare, Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Lebowitz Protocol of Applied Kinesiology, and analysis of possible infectious frequencies.

Step 2: Begin Your Journey

Now that you’ve had your first session, we will discuss any lifestyle guidance, wellness planning, nutritional support (herbs, homeopathy and supplements), or homework that will serve you. I will make these recommendations on an individualized basis. Using mind-body systems based in ancient wisdom and the newest cutting edge discoveries in Quantum Medicine, I can provide comprehensive healthcare that addresses you as a WHOLE person.
