Sacred Massage Ceremonies
Where the relationship between body, mind, and consciousness collide.
This is my bespoke offer, born out of a desire to bring something equally transformative and unconventional to the wellness space.
This is why I created an offering that combines highly skilled Therapeutic Massage with mind-body medicine systems rooted in cutting-edge discoveries energy medicine and time tested healthcare sciences. I also use tools like the BodyTalk System and Lebowitz Protocol of Applied Kinesiology to help you get to the bottom of emotional imbalance, pain, and illness quickly.
Rather than offering Therapeutic Massage on its own, I support clients with a holistic, whole-person approach. Massage feels wonderful for releasing tension, but I wouldn't be helping you to the fullest extent of my capability, as you deserve, without incorporating these other services.
Massage is ancient medicine and I will always revere it as such.
Massage Therapy can be dated back to 3,000 BCE in India, where it was considered a system of natural healing to cure injuries, prevent and heal illness, and reduce pain.
As humans, we have an innate intelligence of what we need to heal. Human touch is one of those things. Our bodies are elaborate systems of circuitry, and I believe that imbalance, blockage, and deficiency along these pathways can contribute to our pain and illness.
Ceremony Includes
A therapeutic massage expertly tailored to your individual needs plus any relevant tools in my 10+ years of experience to meet your needs. This may include The BodyTalk System, BodyIntuitive, Intuitive Applied Kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine applications (meridian tracing, acupuncture), tuning forks, or lifestyle/nutritional guidance. Herbs and homeopathy may be recommended on an individual basis.
I can go on and on about tools and modalities, but most importantly, you will receive my full undivided presence, in a world full of distractions and disconnection. What goes on behind the scenes to prepare my heart and body to facilitate this space is a way of life that I choose to live, in order to remain as heart centered as possible so I can meet you right where you're at. My hands, my presence, and my intention, are a living prayer.
Your role
This is a deeply transformative experience that invites you to be involved in your own healing process.
It is recommended that for 3 days before your ceremony you:
Eat a clean, plant based, whole-food diet.
Protect your energy by not partaking in lying, gossip, or hateful speech.
Clear your body of mind altering substances (alcohol, cannabis, psychedelics).
Begin to channel your own creative energy by avoiding the misuse of sexual energy (casual sex, sexual offenses, overindulgence in sex).
